Up for sale is a Fender Mod Shop Jazz Bass in surf green that I ordered back in January. Original specs were as follows:
Color: Surf Green
Neck/Fingerboard: Rosewood with vintage reverse tuners
Pickups: Fender Noiseless Gen 4
Pickguard: Tortoise shell
The noiseless pickups weren’t my style, so I switched them out with Pure Vintage 74s, and also installed an Obsidian wire solderless harness at the same time, for easier future p/u swaps. Original pickups & electronics will also be included in the sale, along with the original hard shell case.
This bass only has a few hours of playing time and hasn’t left my house.
