Really great condition, bought it from a fellow TBer about 6 months or so ago.

enjoyed it immensely, making room for another stingray and already have a P bass in fiesta 8-)

weighs about 8.8 lbs on the bathroom scale trick. I suspect it’s closer to 9 lbs. very light!

will include white plastic pickguard too. Packed in cheap but clean gig bag, shipping included to lower 48.

I believe it’s pau ferro, but it’s very dark and consistent looking with pretty grain.
I’ve seen some light, weak, crappy pau ferro boards and this ain’t one of them!

nice looking Jazz! I really don't understand peoples' beef with pau ferro (morado) wood. Does it sound bad on Fenders or something? Ernie Ball and Sadowsky have been using it for years with no complaints. Good deal here... if I had space in the bassment I'd have bought this by now!

I highly doubt this is PF, which makes the bass much more desirable. What year is it? The roadworns had rosewood for years before they switched.

It looks like the serial number starts with 12, which would 100% make it rosewood. PF never looks that good or even remotely that dark or lush.

It just looks weird and very unflattering compared to a nice dark, oily rosewood.

it actually may be rosewood. I think it’s a 2012. Will confirm tonight.

I will say this.

I have owned two of these, and this one in particular is so resonant unplugged. I feel like this was a good one; basses like these have good and bad QC as we all know.

ONLY reason I am releasing this bass is because I have a fiesta Pino clone P bass from the Fender Mod Shop that rocks my world, and a Stingray 5H, so you can see the redundancy there.

if you have ever wanted to own one of these in this finish, pull the trigger you will NOT be disappointed.
