Sort of, here is Fender’s reply. I honestly am not sure I understand it as all my Fender CS have a floor traveler… I asked for a clarification.

Thanks for checking! In my experience, Fender only has detailed floor travellers from about 2016-2017 onwards (my 2013 P-bass has no floor traveller while my 2018 Jazz bass does). I appreciate you looking into this. Mulling it over!

That’s how they make them. They neck has a wood feel to it and it’s great. I think almost all CS today (with any reliving) have the sanded down neck.
