Hi, All. I have near-new American Pro II Precision and require a Jazz bass for an upcoming project. Looking for a similarly-nice USA Jazz at around 9.5 pounds or less. Trade only, please.
This bass is nicely balanced at 8.5 pounds. Very resonant. Sets up as low as you please. Tight neck pocket fit. Nicely cut nut. All the things I usually look for on Fenders, this one checks out. Cosmetically, I noted a few metallic sparkles under the finish, which are only visible in the right light (see scale pic). Again, lovely bass overall.
