These are some seriously old original factory fender flats . These were sold to me by a very respectable TB member who will remain anonymous.
The tale is they were removed from a closet queen 1976 Fender P Bass in 1977 and put in a box ... I believe it as there are remnants of foam on the D string that was found factory under the stock bridge ashtray !
I can't get myself to install them on any bass I feel is worthy to adorn them that I own .
These are something special to a pure vintage guy or gal !!!
TI flats ...what the crap are those ???

Dude, these are so rad!

There can’t be many of these OG sets left in existence…..i always see posts about chasing that “70s tone” so these seem like a no brainer purchase, particularly for this most excellent price! This is probably the only set of bass strings on the planet that could be an appreciating asset! GLWTS, not that you’ll need it:bassist:
