Unicorn bass for me, a 32" scale sixer with 18mm string spacing at the bridge. Every few years I cycle back and try 6-strings, and I just can't commit. My hard-headedness is your gain!
Beautiful example of modern MIJ craftsmanship, this bass is as nice as any I've played. Fit and finish are impeccable. Clear and focused, tonally, with great punch and depth. EMG P6 & 45DC setup, AtelierZ 3-band preamp, classic ash/maple construction. Feels familiar to play. I added res-o-lite tuners, the balance is now 100% perfect sitting or standing. Sale includes the original gig bag (one small rip), case candy, wrenches, and original tuners. Built in 2018.
The bass is dead mint, no scratches, dings, or issues. Electronics and truss rod are prefect. The only blem I see is a little scuff on the control plate (pictured).
Not super-motivated by trades at this time, but I'm always tempted by short- and medium- scale basses (no sixers, please!).
