Attached is a picture where to wire the hot side of each pickup, and the ground side of each pickup.
I believe the bridge is wired closest to the post and the neck is closest to the flat back part of the pot. The black wires should connect to black (hot) and green to green (ground.)
All 4 wires are available and if you just want humbucking with no switching, solder red and white together then the black is hot and green is ground.
