The time has come to thin the herd a bit. I have pulled the trigger on a couple of "dream builds", so I will be posting a few basses for sale. A few of them are fairly unique, so they will be in separate threads for now and linked below once everything is up.
This is a 2001 Music Man Stringray 5, with 3 band EQ.
I am the second owner, and picked this off of a friend that purchased it new and sold it to me about 8 months later. This bass was my #1 for quite a few years and has seen plenty of road time. There are a few dings and scratches on it that I have done my best to photograph in detail. That being said, the bass plays extremely well and had a complete setup at Mike Lull's shop a couple of years ago. This one sits in my studio, and just doesn't get played anymore.
The bass weighs in at 9.6 lbs per my home bathroom scale. It will come with a fairly worn, but still functional, original hard shell case.
