Listed for sale is my late 2021 Mike Lull P5 Precision-style bass.
It's really tough to sell this bass. But it's my 3rd favorite after my Lull M5V and my Stingray. And it's really time to shrink my bass inventory to just what I actually play.
It's been a wonderful bass to have. I'll miss it greatly.
It's pretty much the stock P5 offering, I had a Hipshot Xtender I had put on as an option. 35" scale. It's in almost-new condition. Light fingernail marks on the pick guard (yes, I slap on a Precision!) When it was new, it weighed exactly 8lbs on my hanging scales.
This bass is currently strung (stringed?) with D'addario Pro Steels medium gauge (50, 70, 85, 105, 135), my preferred gauges. The bass is set up for those gauges, so it might need some adjustment if a lighter gauged set of strings are put on.
The bass sells for $5100 on the website with the Protec Contega soft-shell case (not the Protec bag). I'm listing it for $3700, including the Contega case and free shipping within the continental USA. It will ship with the original Mike Lull shipping carton and packing on the inside (no friggin' peanuts!....
). And I'll provide a 48-hour return period. Don't like it? Cover the shipping and return it. I think that's fair in the age of "can't play it before you buy it". I know it's not 14 days, sorry, I"m not Guitar Center....
