Now $450 shipped!

I actually had the entire rig for sale but only sold one 3x10 enclosure...kept the balance as I needed to have at least one gig-worthy ensemble for the interim. As my age creeps-up slowly, I've convinced myself I need something with a smaller footprint yet capable of doing 500+ watts / 4 ohm with a strong lean towards either a Quilter Bass Block 800 / 802 or equivalent. Here's the dope:

This is one of Epifani's more budget-conscious offerings, now discontinued...surprise! It's also probably the warmest sounding of the lot per the reviews I've seen. Here's the kicker: the amp has 2 power sections (500 w / 4 ohm per side) so you can mix 'n match enclosures without gnashing your teeth over possible impedance mis-matches. In addition, the PS1000 can also do 1000 watts bridged mono but only with an 8 ohm load...I've never used this feature. There is no blend feature between the two sides. The unit is in VG / excellent condition as it has spent its entire life enclosed in the pictured Road Runner soft-sided case (included). The combination comes in at ~16 lbs...not a lightweight but not a lead-sled, either. The RR case has zippered pockets for cables and what-not.

Trades (cash +/-) are preferred but will sell for $450 shipped. It has served me faithfully for years and has seen the interiors of every Moose Lodge in SE Virginia. Thanks for looking and PM me with any questions, offers, etc.

I'm leaning strongly towards either a cash sale or Quilter Bass Block based on the reviews I've read.

Just for clarification...

The bridged mono mode is limited to 8 ohm loads only. Using the dual power amps opens-up any number of options if simultaneously running enclosures of differing impedances provided the total (per side) doesn't drop below 4 ohms. Please PM me if you have any questions re: your particular situation.

Perfect for modularity when running 2 or more enclosures. 1000 watts (8 ohm) come in handy when fueling a power-hungry single enclosure like an Acme B-4. Those days are long-gone for yours truly.
