I took this in trade and it's just confirmed for me that I'm not a p bass guy.
I'm not sure 100% what it is. I'm told it's an Affinity series neck with a different Squier body (classic vibe maybe?). I'm also told the pickup is from a US made Fender. I really can't confirm any of that. Definitely looks like the Squier logos were sanded off based on where you can see evidence on the headstock. It had a sticker on the headstock when I got it. Underneath was an extra hole from what I think was a bar style string retainer. The current black retainers work well but have little machine screw nuts under them as spacers. It's light at just over 8 1/2 lbs. It plays decent, sounds like a p bass. There are some dings and light scratches including a bigger ding in the back of the neck. The white leather Fender strap is included. I don't have a case, but I do know how to pack and ship guitars (though I'd much rather a local deal
