Hi everyone, I'm putting my beloved p bass up for sale. This is truly a lifelong, pass down to your kids level instrument. All handmade, gorgeous dark brazilian rosewood fingerboard, roasted alder and maple, hand carved neck, handwound pickup.
My bass has the original pickup and gold anodized guard, and currently it has a Novak BS-DS and aparchment guard. The bass will be shipped with both if you want.
The Novak is louder, a little more punch and uniqueness, and more lows. The p pickup is handwound by Mas Hino (builder of the bass) and is among the nicest sounding p pickup you can get.
All specs are below. Bass is currently strung with Labella 760fm and sounds and plays incredibly, with low action and punch and clarity. It's insane.

It's an amazing instrument, if anyone is looking for a lifelong p bass that can work for anything, this is it.
Brazilian rosewood fingerboard

Mas Hino custom pickup (best sounding p pickup I ever heard, full range and punchy)
Handmade olinto logo
Lacquered anodized pickguard
Super light at around 8lbs
Medium-light relic treatment
Cosmetic condition is 9/10, nothing that a few more strokes of relicing wouldn't have done anyway. But I tried to capture the two spots that I wore (the upper horn on the back of the bass). And a back of the neck ding that I touched up with lacquer but never buffed even because I didn't want to wear anyway any of the finish around it. In any case it's well above where your thumb would generally rest so I never feel it.
I hope this bass goes to someone who wants or needs an incredible p bass. Honestly, this is top of the top in terms of feel, tone and build quality.
