I have 4 Bassmods 3-band preamps, all with the same 5-control setup: volume, blend, stacked bass/treble, stacked mids/passive tone, and an active/passive switch. It is currently wired for 9v, but can be wired for 18v. You will need to provide your own stereo jack. Let me know if you have any questions and thanks for checking.
