This is a Kubicki Factor 4 string fretted bass, assembled in the Fender Custom Shop in June, 1990.
S/N 2463 6 90. 6 90 indicates date of assembly, June 1990.
Finish is charcoal grey metallic and has the 9V preamp.
Weight approximately 9 lbs as measured on bathroom scale.
The Kubicki was purchased 3 months ago and I practiced with it one week and gigged it once at church and found I prefer a more traditional body shape as I play sitting most of the time. I purchased this from the original owner that seldom played it.
The overall condition is MINT and comes with original case and instructions from Kubicki.
There are zero finish defects on this guitar, neck is straight, tuners and drop D lever work fine and truss rod is adjustable, frets are in excellent original condition. All electronics and pots work perfectly.
This is a 33 year old time capsule bass! Hard to find in this condition!

I set this bass up personally with new DR Pure Blues, cut to the proper lengths and it plays beautifully and sounds HUGE!
For trades I'd consider any 30"-32" headless bass or F Bass BN4 or VF4PJ.
