Up for sale is my Nordy (Nordstrand) VJ5 Modern bass in Sunburst finish.
One of Carey's first ~40 basses, according to his current bass tech, Mo Mina. Built before he added serial #s on the neck plate and would still sign each one on the headstock.
All stock.
Active EQ.
Nordstrand pickups.
19mm bridge spacing.
Alder body.
21 fret Rosewood fingerboard with beautiful grain.
Comes with an extra black pickguard.
Plays and sounds great, just thinning the herd.

Virtually flawless, except a small crack on the finish only near the bridge pickup & control plate. Plus a few tiny dings on the back side including one small chip on the finish, and on the headstock tip (all pictured).
Comes with hard Gator case.
