Due to recent personal developments (separation/impending divorce) i’m putting up for sale is my stunningly beautiful and rare 1973 Rickenbacker 4000 in fireglo. Excellent condition for being over 50 years old. Everything on it is original (minus the strings) and ready to go. Features the sought after slim/fast neck that these early Rics are known for and has that classic bright, growly Ric tone, with nice bottom. Light, at approximately 8.8 lbs on my bathroom scale. Original case in very good condition with an extra latch added. These rarely come up for sale, so don’t miss your chance on a classic!

It probably a good thing it doesn't have those yucky Rickenbacker strings on it.

Nice bass. Back in the dqy I don't recall ever seing one of these. Ton of 4001s ( like the one I bought).

Sorry for the family trouble and hopes it settles soon.
