This Noll TCM 3 PM 5-knob preamp has seen very little use. I am the original owner but have decided to turn this project into a more straightforward passive P.
It has a push/pull volume knob for active/passive. Active it has volume, treble, sweepable mids, and a balance knob for the bridge and neck pickups.
I have this same preamp on another bass and have found them to be both musical and flexible. With the pots in the middle setting it creates a very smooth, refined sound. But if you crank up the settings it gets more aggressive.
