Hi. Any details on this? Who made it and when? Pot values? Also, I understand the caps, but what role do the resisters play?

I am not sure but I think the pots are stamped 250 KA
as seen in the pics. I bought this years ago for a project and all I remember is that it was a premium setup and was quite expensive at the time...

Correct…60’s Style refers to the stacked knob configuration with each pickup having separate and independent volume+tone controls.

So this is VT-VT (V=volume, T = tone) while 70’s style would be VVT
