I found this in the stash at my parents' house. The only thing I would have owned with this was an old, thrashed 8x10 cab. As you can see, this was pretty well knocked around. The pics show it after I cleaned it up just now. You can still see some tape residue on it, but I think this represents the condition pretty well.
Fliptops sells the reproduction of this for $89 and state that it's from 73-81 cabinets. What I had certainly fit that bill, so that's what I can say for an estimated age. This was not a reproduction, this is original.
Screws are included.
