The bass is in overall pretty good condition for a 22yo old instrument. There are a few dings in the body that I have tried to capture. But, there are a few that show up under certain lighting conditions that I couldn't capture. The bass is not mint. Don't expect a 22yo mint case queen. HOWEVER, it's still in REALLY REALLY REALLY good condition. <<<<< This is bad, now let's get to the good! >>>>> The bass absolutely sings! Through an SVT and pair of Bergs, it's one of the best bass sounds I have ever heard. It's literally that good. The bass has a truss rod and is capable of pretty stupid low action with no buzzing on the board. The bass has the lighter Gotoh tuner installed, and has been upgraded with the EMG soap bars (40's) and preamp. Bass weighs 9.4lbs according to my bathroom scale. The original hardcase included. The case is in fair condition. 2750 shipped/paypal. I am not motivated to sell for less. Only trade I would consider is a Noble or Simone plus cash

Interesting but seems like a silly concept. There’s a stated price. If someone offers to buy at that price, you mean the seller still might not sell? If someone makes an offer that’s too low, shouldn’t the seller just decline and wait for the right buyer?

An item is for sale or for trade, or neither. Now there’s an in-between?

I had a 6Q years ago and still have a Flea and VJ fretless both 4's, how's the spacing for the strings on the 5? I checked they do make a the Wide neck which I'd love. It's the right hand that has the issues. I liked the 6 so if it's close to that I may be game for this one. I need a 5 er and this seems like a good one. Still, I want to go check out one locally before pulling the gun. And that's not an easy task..........
