If you are used to sitting on an orchestra stool and have to get up consantly to turn pages, then there will be a slight learning curve since the stool is so light and may topple over when sitting back down. But adjusting will only take a few tries and this stool is well worth the switch. Carrying your stool alongside your bass can't get easier.
