Up for sale is a Nordy VJ5 Modern. $2200 shipped continental USA only. 9-10 pounds per bathroom scale, 1 28/32nds nut width, 24/32nds string spacing, 34.5” scale length. Nordy pups and pre amp but I’m not sure which pickups. Comes with Gator gig bag. Open to trades for 4 or 5 strings high endish basses.

My maple fretboard nordy #77 was stolen and I miss it all the time

I’m actually going down to Cali this week to pickup a replacement from Mo !

Someone will love this 5er .. don’t sleep on it!

This is making me sad that this bass hasn’t sold even at this price. I still have my vJ5 modern that I ordered back in 2007 and it is my number one five string. These are as good as any NYC Sadowsky that sells for twice this much.

I am extremely interested in this bass, however, I need a more accurate weight than “9-10 pounds.” I can do 9 pounds but my shoulder and neck will not allow 10 pounds…

Completely understandable, and hopefully the seller of this fine looking Nordy can get that accurate weight for you.
