ACME website states 175 watts I used it with my TRICKFISH Bullheadk.5K which is at 8 Ohms: 365 Watts and it sounds incredible and clean.
No problem with extended range Low 'B'!!!
(I was told by the seller, it's 400 watts, when I purchased)
