Sadowsky VTC 2 band Preamp (this is not the chinese version) - just removed from the bass. Everything worked 100%. The only this is the spot on the circuit board where the pickups solder to doesnt make connection to the pot. So I just solder to the tabs on the pot. See photo.

Mighty mite P bass neck - Licensed by Fender. Same specs as Fender/Squier. Will fit most any P or J style body.

tuner holes were enlarged to fit 11/16 bushings
drilled for fender reverse tuners and standard mounting holes.
Frets were leveled at some point. Could use a crowning or play as is. I played it as is for about a year.
May need some final adjusting to fit your project.
