This model can be powered either via 9v battery or by a standard Boss or OneSpot power supply, and comes with the 12+12db filter: 12db per octave drop at 35 Hz, plus an additional 12db variable filter controlled via the knob. Total combined 24db per octave cut at 35 Hz. Volume control at max is unity, so this is not a boost.
