Have you tried running a patch cable between the effects send and return on the Kustom? The jacks can build up dirt or oxidation and lose contact. This is a common issue on most amps. Might be worth a shot.

i guess its not for sale anymore. They're great amps. I just sold mine and im kinda regretting it
