Bardic Audio Devices Dungeon Master preamp.
This is a super rare, very interesting, and killer sounding preamp pedal. It is a dual-channel preamp based on the topologies of the Peavey Mk IV 400bh bass amp (Channel A, the graphic EQ, and the crossover circuit) and the Sunn Beta bass (channel B). It has been my main preamp for the last couple years and has formed the cornerstone of my bass sound since I bought it... there's so much flexibility and room for tone sculpting in here. And it's just really unique - no other dual channel preamp on the market has this combination of features, or these topologies in one box. I've posted my thoughts on a thread here before if anyone is curious about it but in short - it's really good. The hardware is totally standout, I think this is the best-made pedal I've ever owned from a hardware standpoint.
NOTE: Bardic Audio changed the name of this pedal from the Dungeon Master to just the Master, and there are a couple changes. One, they removed the compressor circuit entirely, and two, apparently the noise floor is lowered. This is a V1 version of the pedal (serial number #009) and I can confidently say noise floor has not been a problem for me, it's very quiet anyway. The comp circuit is just turned down on mine, and it works perfectly.
Condition wise, even though I've had this on the board for a couple years it's in excellent shape, no dings or defects at all. I really baby my pedals, and I haven't even stomped on this pedal since I basically turn it on and leave it there.
I have this listed on Reverb for $275 but offering TB members $250 shipped, which comes with original box and sticker. Not looking for trades, outside of potentially a Poly Effects Ample + cash on my end. This thing is super unique, and you'll really like it. Skip the build-to-order time, save money, buy mine, and be the cvltest person in your band with this pre.
