This is a like new Fender American Professional II Precision V that I bought new in September from Chicago Music Exchange. Played almost exclusively in my non-smoking house and only occasionally at band practice. Never gigged, never bumped. I can't find a mark on it.
The bass is stock EXCEPT for the Nordstrand NP5F pickup (original pickup included). The Nordstrand is a huge upgrade. The stock pickup sounded somewhat anemic and had uneven string tonality. The Nordy made a huge difference!
Why am I selling this? GAS mostly. I picked up a Sandberg five string and have to pay the bill!
Comes with all the case candy, case, keys, certificate, as pictured. Like new, but discounted!
Nice low action, truss turns smoothly. No issues EXCEPT one small thing. If you look closely at the headstock you will notice the string tree for the E and A strings is slightly closer to the A string. Still holds the strings fine when slotted into place and it came like this stock. Again, can't find a mark on the bass other then some very light and minor marks on the pick guard that you can't see.
