These are Gerold Genssler's latest string, and they are amazing. They were only used for ten days. These list for $860, selling for $575 including shipping. They are in perfect condition and will arrive in the original packaging that Gerold sent me. These fit my 41.5" string length German bass. They sound amazing and powerful with great clarity.

They were on my bass for about 2mos.
41.5" string length as well.

That makes sense, no worries.

To be clear, Sonores Basso not the Tempera Basso. Probably the same strings Billy plays.

They are like a plain gut string. Probably a little more tension. The string program says good for jazz, orchestra or baroque. Less nasality than plain gut for arco and tuning is stable.
