love the Octave basses from afar, never played one. Is that a battery compartment on the front of the pick guard?

Might get a bit more interest if you remove the film from the pickguard the rest of the way. 🙂

I for one am interested in this bass, but would like to see it without the pickguard film half removed. 😎
