Yes it does. Standard Marcus pre. When this bass was available I grabbed it quick. I've played it quite a bit and it is everything I was expecting. Sadly, age and health problems have kept me from doing much other than noodling at home. I have another v5 that I modded into a monster bass so I am just choosing to keep that one. Between that and my pb that is plenty for now. If I was gigging, I'd keep it for the light weight!

Being that light, how does it balance on a strap. Is it neck heavy at all?
