Man, I bought this pedal in new from Arkham in February of 2020, as a reward to myself for sticking with my new practice routine for one month. (I'm happy to say I've kept with my 5day/wk routine, but have since taken up piano.) Although many other fancy preamps came and went over the years, this was my primary preamp until my switch to piano two years ago.
As I note above, one of the outputs isn't working. I have no idea when that happened as I only ever used one of the outputs. I've never opened the pedal or otherwise tried to troubleshoot it. It has 3M Dual-Lock tape on the bottom.
