This is a great sounding pickup; not totally vintage, not totally modern - but sitting solidly in a great spot between both.

Output is a little higher than a stock P- bass pickup, but nothing extreme - DC resistance is just over 9k; it’s neither super bright or overly dark - just fat and punchy.
There’s visible play-wear on the surface, and a mounting screw left a groove on the treble side - but the bobbin is sealed in epoxy, making this pickup almost immune to dust and moisture.
Approximately 7” of wire left - plenty to get into most electronics cavities.
