Up for sale is a Fender Japan JBR-1000. The "K" serial number dates this bass to the 1990–1991 production run.
The body features an oil finish. While I cannot confirm if it is original or a refinish, the application is excellent and looks professional.
The electronics have been professionally upgraded to an EMG set to address the popping noise and low output issues. However, the original electronics will be included in the sale.
