This set of Dimarzio model J's are brand new, they've only been taken out of the box. I bought em for my 1968 Jazz but the bass needed a small amount of routing to fit and I decided to keep the body original. Great sounding pickups.

You don't need to route the pickup cavities any deeper; just remove both ground plates and use less foam. Here's my 66 with PAF Model Js. And I wholeheartedly agree that these are fantastic sounding pickups!
