Great deal! I had one of these for a while, used it on my home Hifi system and it performed very well, esp for the money. If you want to upgrade your sound coming from a digital source here is the place to start.

Some of the iFi DACs are plug and play with an iPhone. Do you know if this one is? Also, what kind of USB cable is necessary, A, B? I'm looking at it for an iPhone application.

Hey Mike, it's USB B (you can see on the back in the pic) - it can be powered from an iPhone but you'd probably want to use an adaptor thingy that can power the iPhone simultaneously

Actually I remember there's a way to use its internal battery solely so no power is pulled from the host device (which is optimal for that scenario)
