Up for sale is my beautiful 1992 Warwick Streamer Stage I Broadneck 5-string, from Warwick’s highly sought-after early “Golden Era” of German craftsmanship.
I recently purchased this from another TalkBass member, and while I absolutely love the tone and build quality, I’ve realized the Broadneck spacing just isn’t for me. If you’re a fan of wider spacing, this one delivers in a big way.
This bass is a fantastic example of an early ‘90s Warwick. The craftsmanship, tone, and feel of these instruments are on another level compared to later production.

• 1992 German-made Warwick Streamer Stage I
• 5-string Broadneck (20mm string spacing)
• Neck-through construction
• Original Warwick hardware
• Original electronics
• Original finish
• Classic early ‘90s Warwick tone and feel
Condition:
• Excellent condition for a 30+ year old instrument
• Neck is straight
• Truss rod functions perfectly
• Plays and sounds incredible
• 10lbs. 2oz. according to my bathroom scale
For full transparency, there is some fret wear on the first fret that was not disclosed to me by the previous seller. The bass remains fully playable, though there is a slight amount of fret buzz when fretting at the first fret, most noticeable on the E string. I want to make sure that’s clearly noted.
These early Streamer Stage I models are getting harder to find, especially with original parts intact. This is a great opportunity to grab a true Golden Era Warwick.
