Hi, just an FYI that this is the V1, not the V2, which is red and has an additional input side chain connection on top.

You can easily identify your version of the Emma Electronic DiscumBOBulator by counting the footswitches and checking the jack layout on the pedal casing.

Original (V1)
  • Footswitches: It has only one footswitch (Bypass).
  • Knobs: Three knobs (Sense, Width, Attack).
  • Toggle: A physical toggle switch for Up/Down direction.
  • Jacks: Side-mounted input and output jacks. [1]

Version 2 (V2)
  • Footswitches: It has two footswitches (Bypass on the left, Boost on the right).
  • Knobs: Four knobs (Sense, Attack, Width, and a dedicated Boost knob).
  • Toggle: The Up/Down selector is a small push-button in the center, not a metal toggle switch.
  • Graphics: Upgraded, funkier cartoon graphics.
  • Jacks: Top-mounted input and output jacks. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Version 3 (V3)
  • Jacks: It features a third jack labeled "Side Chain" or "Ext. Trigger" next to the top-mounted input/output jacks.
  • Footswitches & Knobs: It retains the same two-footswitch, four-knob layout as the V2.
  • Color Accent: The Boost knob color was changed to differentiate it from the V2. [1, 2]
