Up for sale is my Moollon J5 in the rare Metallic Charcoal Frost finish, built in 2012–2013.
This is a fantastic example of an early Moollon J5 featuring a beautiful striped Macassar Ebony fingerboard that gives the instrument a unique look and complements the metallic finish perfectly. It’s one of those basses that looks even better in person than it does in photos.
The bass weighs 9.3 lbs, balances exceptionally well, and has the effortless feel and unmistakable vintage-inspired tone that has made Moollon one of the most respected boutique builders in the world.

The bass is in excellent overall condition and has been well cared for throughout its life. It shows only light cosmetic wear from normal use with no issues affecting playability or function. The neck is straight, frets are in excellent shape, and the instrument plays effortlessly.
