Up for sale is a bass I bought a few years ago from a Japanese bass shop / store on Reverb. Black Smoker Beta J5 in a beautiful matte black / satin finish(?). Not quite sure if it is nitro or not. The neck also has black block inlays. There are no dents or dings in the body or neck / head. I mainly practiced with it and the only imperfections I am not even sure if they are just thumbprints or just was from the wood. I have taken pictures of said imperfections I could find. The high price point is because I am planning in throwing / shipping it inside an almost as immaculate hard shell / travel case (no visible cracks or heavy damage). Was also maintained / tuned up (standard) by Anthony at Precision Guitar Repair in Brooklyn. I am also open to reasonable offers. I could also forgo the fender deluxe molded case for maybe a slightly lower price, but my main concern would be shipping this beautiful bass in a gig bag or not hardshell and damaging it during transit.
