I got it 2024 just before tariffs and Warwick’s price hikes so I’m passing the savings on. It’s been a studio baby.
German made. Flamed maple neck through, US cherry body wings, wenge fretboard, bell bronze frets + Warwicks pro level preamp and active humbucking JJ = a beautiful, very characterful sound that can basically do anything while still having a signature sound. This is not the one dimensional Warwick growl from models like a thumb or corvette. It’s a much richer tone with lots of harmonic content and overtones. It’s also extremely comfortable with the NS-1 body, and the layout and spacing is super comfy for slap, tapping, pic or finger style.
I’m sad to see her go, but we are downsizing and moving to Sweden for work And I sadly can’t take everything with.
Comes in original rockbass gig bag with original tools and Warwick folder.
