Beautiful Originals series Stream, if you’ve ever
played an ESP built in the Japan custom shop you know these aren’t just some of the best basses offered in Japan, but in the world. This is such a masterfully made bass and I feel like I really should keep it. But I think there are other basses that offer me more of what I need in a bass right now than this. If I were in a touring band I’d definitely keep it as it’s not only a super great playing and sounding bass but it’s a spectacle itself.
while it’s definitely capable of pulling the metal tones you’d expect from ESP, it’s also a surprising pleasant and polite sounding bass when played with the right technique and ran clean.
*24 fret neck with ebony board, Mother of pearl & abalone block inlays, and stunning 7 piece Ken Smith style neck through construction (maple, walnut, paduak laminates) 18mm spacing
* Beautifully carved body wings, mostly ash with walnut inserts
*bone nut
*gold Hipshot USA hardware
*EMG PJ set up in custom Rosewood capped shells with ramp and matching radius (16” radius)
*EMG 2 band BTC preamp with switch to turn off the preamp section (useful for sending a more workable signal into multiple effects without having to mess with you preamp id assume)
Comes with build cert and padded gig bag
