Clean 44-02 and lite-weight too, 8.4#'s. I don't use it as much as I thought I would, as I favor my Yamaha basses.

And here I thought I was the only Guild pilot bass nut!!!!! I’ve had 3 that I should have never let go! I had a blue ‘98 with EMG’s/active. Then I picked up a 5’er deluxe/flamed maple tobacco burst with EMG’s and a serial number so low it had to have been a prototype… like 0000001 or something. I owed my employee about $800. so I turned it over to him and he sold it to a friend who’s kid was just a beginner… argh!!!! Tried to get it back, but it was long gone. Then I had quilted maple tobacco burst 4 string that for some crazy reason I sold to a great guy and guild pilot fanatic in Michigan about 8 years ago. Live and apparently not learn… Bob

Hi Bob!
Bought my 1st Pilot 2 months ago….. I have 3 now. Perfect profile, hardware, electronics, weight, underrated.
