The metal tail on the A tuner is a string guide and is used to keep the break angle of the A string where it should be because the A string is the string that suffers from not enough break angle on fenders… that is a very desirable option and is stock on this neck

Well.. really very little wear imho, the pics/lighting do exaggerate it for sure. In person the neck looks better and plays great. Ill drop it a bit more.
