Beautiful Palatino VB-004 upright double bass, believed to be 3/4 size, in excellent condition.
I purchased this bass approximately 20 years ago from a former teacher. It has been played very little during my ownership and has spent the majority of its life stored in its case in a temperature-controlled environment.
The bass has been extremely well cared for and is in excellent cosmetic condition, especially considering its age. The wood and finish present beautifully, and there are no known major cracks or damage.
This would make an excellent instrument for a student, advancing bassist, school musician, jazz player, or someone looking for an affordable full-size upright bass without spending thousands on a new instrument.
