For sale Carl Thompson’s personal 38”

This bass is being relisted because of some scammer drama.

This bass was Carl Thompson's personal fretless bass
The bass has a very unique scroll and massive sound. This bass is wired with Carl's personal custom passive circuit. The low E on this bass is probably the best sounding E I've ever heard in my life.

38" scale
2x Kent Armstrong pickups
Custom Passive Circuit
(Seems louder than my active preamps)

If you know Carl you know he is not a very tall man and he plays a 38" with ease. When asked why he plays a 38" he simply says cause he wants it to sound like a bass. The bass scale really doesn't seem that long when it's in your hands thanks to the heel design and geometry of the bass.
