I maintain my equipment and it is in excel. condition. I would list it as mint but I have played it 2/3 times a week at church only since the time of purchase. It is waxed and polished once a month with Fenders/Meguiers Polish Kit.
It has never had any repairs because nothing has gone wrong.
There has been only one modification to it, a fret level / polish job. This was done professionally. I like an extremely low action and this provided me the action without any fret buzzing.
