Well.... there is a reason it's cheap.
It works fine, sounds great, very quiet DI.. however; it doesn't look all that good.
I bought this on a popular auction site. The pictures were fuzzy, and I was lied to about the cosmetic condition of the pre. When it arrived I wasn't happy at all. It was even missing a knob.
I called Shane at BAS.. he didn't have any black knobs when I called. He did have the cream colored knobs in stock. I thought they would look cool on there in place of the black ones.. but I just never got around to ordering them.
