I got this as a basket case. I like to take in orphans and abused instruments. This poor soul's strap buttons were fastened with 6d finishing nails (has new buttons/screws.) Has tons of "mojo" (translation: not new looking!) Has numerous dings and the front is heavily scratched from pick use. There are a couple of dings on the back of the neck, but not really noticeable when playing. Frets are "ok" but have some indentions from where it may have fallen. No buzzing, etc. Here's the rundown:
Neck-Maple. Feels good, plays ok. Tuners work.
Body (Black)-Has a Dimarzio in the P position. It is thick and hot. The J pickup is an unknown (but good sounding unit) that I bought unused from Jazzyitalian. Sounds great in either the P or J position, but output doesn't seem as hot when combined. Has a very nice roller bridge.
This would make a good practice or backup. Maybe one to loan to that friend that always wants to borrow your good stuff.
Asking 100.00 shipped in the lower 48 states. I'll take a trade on some bass related stuff (up or down.) I will post some pics tomorrow.
