SOLD

I have an extremely clean AMP BH-420 up for grabs. Clean ones are VERY rare and to get one with rack ears is even more rare. Fully functional, no issues and all original knobs, screws, etc are on her (ones I've seen here in the past are missing knobs, or knob caps, screws, etc). True Thunderfunk tone (sounds exactly like my T-Funk) for a fraction of the cost and you can rack this AMP because i have the ears. The BH-420 is slightly taller than 2 rack spaces - like 2.25 rack spaces.

Sorry for the pics, I'll get some new ones up later today

I bought this amp from Quadzilla about 6 weeks ago (I borrowed his ad's text & pics above). I've used it at two practices and one show (as a preamp into my PLX power amp). I love this amp (it sounds just like a Thunderfunk or the Gibson GB-440 I had before), but I just keep going back to Mesa Boogie to get what I want.

I'm not really interested in trades right now - unless it's heavily in my favor ;)

No timbre but it does have an on/off enhance. If you've never seen one and are interested, here are pictures of one that I just got rid of: http://matt.fluxcapacitor.net/amp-bh420/

Note that these pictures aren't the same amp that's for sale, I'm just linking them for educational purposes. The BH420 is a great unit by the way. If anyone's on the fence I'd recommend jumping on it.

the tone balance is the same control as a timbre on a t-funk. the enhance is on/off on AMP, variable on the t-funk. the para eq points are voiced a litlle higher on the t-funk, the AMP can be bi-amped w/ a second head-t-funk cannot. t-funk lighter. they are quite similar, the t-funk being newer, lighter, w/ a fan and higher watts and switch feature on the 550b model. AMP BH-420's are nice sounding, loud, relatively light and very tone flexible.
